We work closely with our courier company partners to ensure swift and safe delivery Australia wide. We put your special choice in the best hands to make sure that it arrives on time and intact to whomever the lucky recipient is.

Is delivery free?

In most cases, we offer free delivery across Australian Metro areas.  Delivery to rural and remote areas will incur a fee, or if you choose our express service. The delivery cost of your gourmet gift hamper is calculated at checkout.

How long do gift hampers take to deliver?

Our partner courier company delivers across Australia fast.  However, during peak seasons like Christmas, and when travel limitations are in place (especially in Covid hotspots) delivery delays may be out of our hands. Our partner courier company is reliable and fast – but we cannot always guarantee delivery times.  Our expected delivery times are explained on each hamper.  Start by choosing your hamper from our online store.

Can I purchase bulk corporate orders?

Of course! Our warehouse is stocked and ready to take on orders of every size, particularly when it comes to corporate customers. We know you want to make a good impression with your client or staff gifts so we take great care to represent your brand just the way you need.

Can you do a personalised greeting?

How do I pay?

What happens if my goods are somehow damaged?

We hold great faith in our courier company but sometimes things can go wrong. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, the recipient should contact us within 7 days of receiving the hamper to let us know.  We will then organise a return or replacement.

What happens if the recipient of my gift is not at home at time of delivery?

Provided that we are given authorisation to leave the hamper at the address of the recipient, our couriers will place the hamper in a secure area where it won’t be stolen or damaged. If authorisation to leave is not given, the hamper will be taken to a collection point for the recipient to retrieve at their convenience.

Can I make any amendments to my order?

We can only make changes to the order if it is not yet dispatched. Once the order leaves our hands, no changes can be made to the hamper, recipient name, address, or gift card. For this reason, please check the details carefully before finalising your order.

We work very quickly to dispatch our orders once we receive them. Even if you contact us quickly, we cannot guarantee we can make changes to the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If your order has yet not been dispatched, we may be able to stop it. The sooner you contact our team, the more likely this will be. Please get in touch at sales@honeytrufflehampers.com.au

Why is there a different product in my hamper?

We source all our edible treats from artisan producers.  Some items may be "swapped out" should the producer run short on stock during peak seasons.  We will always replace any missing item with an item of equal quality and value.

What is you returns policy?

We do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind on our hampers.

A replacement is provided if you receive a hamper that has been damaged in transit, or you have been sent the incorrect hamper. In this case, we must be given notice in writing to sales@honeytrufflehampers.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item. We will organise a returns replacement.
