Do you offer free delivery?

Honey Truffle Hampers provide free standard delivery on all orders to Metro areas including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

For deliveries to regional or remote areas we charge a $14.95 delivery fee at checkout.

The following Post Codes that will incur a $14.95 delivery fee are:

  • Q3: 4450 – 4499, 4700 – 4805, 9920 – 9959
  • Q4: 4806 – 4899, 9960 – 9999
  • W2: 6215 – 6699
  • W3: 6700 – 6797
  • W4: 6798 – 6799
  • NT1: 0800 – 0999
  • NF: 2899

Please note: Other suburbs not listed above may also incur a delivery fee which is calculated at checkout.

All orders placed before 10.00am EST are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 10.00am EST are despatched on the next business day.

Can I select an express delivery option?

We offer express delivery Australia wide for a fee of $19.99.

Orders placed before 10.00am (EST) are usually dispatched on the same Business Day. Otherwise they are dispatched on the next Business Day.

Express Deliveries may take longer during Peak periods, such as the weeks leading to Christmas.

What are your standard delivery time frames?

What if I entered the incorrect details for my order?

Before completing the checkout process, make sure that all information is correct. Once we receive orders, we work very quickly to dispatch our hampers, so unfortunately we cant make any changes to the hamper selected, the address, greeting card or delivery option.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

We do not delivery any orders on the weekend. Our couriers only deliver during business hours on business days. This applies to standard shipping and express shipping.

What if no one’s home to accept delivery?

Provided that we are given authorisation to leave the hamper at the address, our couriers will leave the hamper in a spot where it won’t be stolen or damaged. If authorisation to leave is not given, the hamper will be taken to a collection point for the recipient to collect.

What is you returns policy?

We do not provide exchanges or refunds on our hampers..

If on the rare occasion, your hamper has been damaged in transit, or you have received an incorrect hamper, we will gladly replace it provided that we have been notified within 7 days of receiving it via email: sales@honeytrufflehampers.com.au. We reserve the right to request images of the hamper received. Once we have been notified, we will organise a returns/replacement. The original hamper must be returned to us within 14 days of Honey Truffle Hampers organising the return.
